Day 1: Arrival
1st Day Arrival According to flight arrival time, we drive the village of Ziakas. According arrival time, it would be interesting to make a visit to the archeological site of Vergina. Driving time from airport of Saloniki 3 hours drive.

Day 2:
2nd Day Short transfer to Abdela (20mins) where we start the exiting cross over Vasilitsa mountain. We finish at the ski area where we overnight and have dinner at the mountain lodge by the slopes at 1850m! Walking time 6-7hours. Start point: 1300m, highest point 2249m, finish: 1850

Day 3:
3rd Day. Crossing to Samarina, over Gomara peak. We get the chance to walk through the amazing “Robola” pine trees, or the Balkan pine, huge trees that grow in high altitudes, endemic to the south of the Balkans, and Pindos mountains. After the peak we see the mountain massif of Smolikas (highest Pindos peak 2631m). We walk to Samarina a nomadic village at 1450m. Overnight and dinner. Walking time 7hours. Start point: 1850m, highest point 2090m, finish: 1450

Day 4:
4th Day Hike to the peaks of Mt. Smolikas, highest of Pindos mountains. We start directly from the village, through thick forest to the alpine terrain of Mt. Smolikas, our goal is the peaks of Skala or Piramida (2450m), our highest point of the tour! Overnight in Samarina, dinner. Start point: 1400m highest point 2450m finish: 1400

Day 5:
5th Day According to departure time we hike at the Portitsa gorge and over the historical arched bridge crossing the river.
